We were delighted to give a small grant to Jessica in October 2023 to assist with art materials for her home schooling. Two of her wonderful sketches are shown below:
At the same meeting in October, we awarded a grant to Kieran to enable him to participate in his first holiday abroad (Disneyland, Paris). Some of the photos of his trip are shown below:
At the same meeting, we were delighted to make the acquaintance of Jake Gardiner and his father (above). Jake was awarded a grant to help with his education.
Funding granted in the summer of 2018 enabled Imogen (above and to the right) to go on a school residential trip. Her mother said that Imogen had an amazing time and came home full of confidence and so happy because she had tried so many new things.
Below are the amazing photos supplied by ZOE BOYER, who received a grant from the Trust in May 2018 towards her trip to Uganda.
Zoe said: "I had the most amazing time in Uganda, building a playground for the children of a school near Jinja. It was the most overwhelming feeling seeing all those children having the time of their lives playing on a playground which we built for them!"
Caleb Thomas, shown below with Geoff Clifford, received a grant in January 2017 towards Sport Malawi, a project in Africa, to help deliver workshops based around education, coaching and outreach to aid sport development and tackle social stigmas such as HIV/Aids.
Shown above is the former Trust Chairman, Iain Bilton, with Sabrina, son Jake and partner Russell. Jake received a grant at the October 2019 meeting towards school expenses.
